    Successes/struggles this week: Sorry for my late post everybody! I've had a bad couple of weeks. Fortunately though, i didn't fall into bad habits and managed to maintain my weight during the week of the 15th. Which were hard as I had a lot of temptation around me in the form of cakes and sweets (my usual Achilles heel).
    Stressful weeks are my hardest as I want to turn to sweets an bad food. But this past week has shown me that I've come a long way. Instead of pigging out on sweets I went for jogs and walks and ate fat free marshmallows and fruit. It paid off! I lost 1.5lbs! I also did a HIIT workout yesterday and plan to do another couple of sessions this upcoming week. Hope you've all had a good week too!

    Struggle: Still finding it hard to find motivation for exercise. Eating crap food when I know it makes me feel yucky. Not meal prepping... -.-

    My official weigh in day is Friday, but I snuck on the scale before my workout this morning, and I'm very happy to say that I am now 0.2 lbs away from my monthly goal! This month has been great, and I love all this motivation on MFP!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Had my PT test last week and PASSED, but the week leading up to my test I stressed and was really anxious (I'm an emotional eater so you know that didn't go well)...then the week after my test I was trying to eat everything is sight, as "celebration" for passing my test.

    Mentally, I back, ready to get back in the saddle. I'm so close to the finish line I can taste it.
