Not 'new' but restarting after about 18 months of life changes that assisted in gaining back every pound I'd lost plus 20. Looking for a simple way to ease back into healthy eating and needing to take it one day at a time. I love the idea of JFT. So JFT:
    1. Log all meals
    2. Stay at/under goals
    3. Finish masters papers.

    ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!!

    J4T SUNDAY.
1 Stick to calorie goals
    2. Pre log and STICK TO THE PLAN!
    3. Do not go over 1200 calories unless I have some exercise caloies.

    J4T Monday
    & a whole new month!

    1. Only weigh myself on Saturday (As I am getting closer to my goal weight, I am starting to get frustrated by the scale. I lost 6.4 pounds last month, which is exactly on track, but it felt like the scale kept going up, up ,up. So I am going to step away from the scale for a while.)

    2. Try to sneak away from work to go grocery shopping

    3. Only go over 1200 calories in the evening if I have exercise calories AND if I am actually hungry! (Another new thing to focus on for February)

    4. Remember to ask God for help when start to struggle

Well, completely blew the weekend. Had a party at the house. Not too much damage considering I had quite a bit of extra calories banked up during the week. Well, time to get back to it and lose my last 10 pounds.

    JFT, 2/1

    1. Stay within calorie limits
    2. Walk the dogs
    3. Strength-training workout: Lean Circuit 1
    4. No alcohol

Feb 1st --- a new month. Don't look back, only look forward. A little over two months until my 39th wedding anniversary. I know if I can commit, to just 2+ months for a start, I will get to my goa of just 8 lbs for those 2 months. It is a start -- one pound at a time

    JFT, 2/1
    1. log all food
    2. walk tonite
    3. drink water

Simple. But it is a start. If I can do just these 3 things today, I will be a success. And each day will build on that success.

    JFT

Mum came home from hospital last night, arrived this morning and she is really ill. Mum has a really loose cough, lots of fluid on her chest. My sister could not get her out of bed and had to get help from a neighbour. Waiting for the doctor to arrive.

Keep calm and not worry about mum.
    Log Food.
    Drink water.
Try to be active while at mum's.
    Do my best.
