I was right in thinking last week's weigh in was water weight I was holding on to. Still on track, super happy!

Sick the past week, but not sick enough to stop eating. Cookies, mainly. :s Haven't been this heavy in a long time. :( Trying to get on track today. Edited my morning shake recipe and that's part of the problem. Way too high in calories and sugar. How is it that I'm hungry so early when it's packed with protein?! Grr. I'm going to clean out the pantry. Too much junk food I can't say no to.

It is inspiring to see that others are doing so well and losing the weight, being healthy. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the motivation to jump back on the wagon. Again.

    ENCOURAGING WORD...

WAY TO TO GO EVERYONE FOR LAST WEEK! You have come a very long way, but you must resist the attempt to draw back into old, irrelevant places. More than ever you need to stay in the present here and now. This will be vital in your progression to the next level of your goals. Be strong and resolute.

    ANOTHER ENCOURAGING WORD...

Today marks our last 30 days left to our Winter Weight Loss challenge! Let's push through these days by really making efforts and strides for better choices. Maybe you've found an eating or exercise plan that is working great for you...

    What are you plans?

How are you going to make the most out of your last 30 days of change?

    Please share!!

I am going to embark on WHOLE30...it's not a diet per say, but a detox out of things that could be causing hindrances to my personal weight loss. Basically the Does and Don'ts for me will be...

YES: Eat meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and natural fats.

NO: Do not consume sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, or dairy. Do not consume baked goods or “treats.”

This going to be my challenge for the next 30 days! I'm going out with the best effort possible...HOW ABOUT YOU?

This involuntary maintenance is proving to be both satisfying and obnoxious. Probably won't make the second goal at this rate. Ah well. Last 30 days will be dedicated to being extremely confused while I make sure I'm absolutely meticulous in my logging.

@hillcrestbaby - I'm going to extend dry January (although it's February!) and make sure I hit 70k steps per week to help me reach my goal.

    01/12 - 70.4kg
    08/12 - 70.2kg
    15/12 - 69.2kg
    29/12 - 70.2kg
    05/01 - 70.5kg
    12/01 - 69.7kg
    19/01 - 69.3kg
    26/01 - 68.6kg
    02/02 - 68.4kg

    SW 01/12 - 70.4kg
    GW 29/02 - 67.5kg
    CW 02/02 - 68.4kg
    Net loss - 2kg (4.4lbs)

I've just switched up a lot of things for February - my exercise routine and some changes to what I was eating, giving myself more calories and therefor now a slower rate of loss to be expected. I'll be pleased if I hit my challenge goal, but it's certainly getting more difficult!

Keep on, everybody! You're all doing great :)

I finally broke into the "overweight" BMI category! This is fairly exciting for me!! My next mini goal here is One-Derland! Only 2.2lbs keeping me from it! I also signed up for My trifecta of Spartan Races this week. My first one is at the end of April!!! I am taking the plunge and signing up for an 11k trail run this weekend also. I have never run an official 5k.. but who cares!

I guess you can say I lost 0.5 lbs? Lol just kidding. I know I didn't lose at all like a lot of others here, but I'm glad that I'm keeping myself accountable and that at least I know where I am.
