I don't track my weight weekly but monthly. (When I do it too often it stresses me out and I get into a negative mindloop :P ) But my starting weight from the beginning of this month is 177.8 lbs and I will check again at the end of the month. Would love to lose ten by the end of February! Good luck everyone!

I have going to gym everyday. .except Sundays. .and I have really been eating better. .
