Hi guys, I'm also looking for some new friends and motivation! I have NO CLUE how to add someone yet, so please, feel free to add me....and maybe teach me how to make a friend request?! I seem to be awesome at meal prep, eating healthy, and then killing it with junk food in between. Today has to be the first day (despite the Superbowl fun) to eat healthy ALL DAY LONG and stick to it.0

Took wknd off ready to get back to gym today and then I get the flu. Hate to mess up my routine in the past if I skip one day then it has been easy to skip the next day0

This seems to be my journey every year. I weigh myself once a week and then get discouraged because I'm not seeing the "results" I want in the weight numbers; then I give up because it's the easy way out. This time I've decided that I'm not going to weigh myself until after my first 6 months (maybe a year, I haven't decided yet). I don't want it to be about the weight but about how I see myself, how I feel about myself, and making myself healthier.
I'd love to check in with you regularly and vice versa to see how things are going and what struggles we both run into and try and help each other pass those struggles.0 -

Been a rough week this week. Still managed to go to gym and ate relatively healthy, however it is that time of the month and had chocolate 1 day and a bag of Fritos this morning.0
