I finally have a good number on a Tuesday! The difference this week is that I kept my weekend clean and exercised. Oh what a difference! I'm scheduling a repeat of that performance this weekend, for sure! I know I'm not going to make my goal for this challenge, but I'm determined to get as close to my goal of 193 as I possibly can.0 -

No change in the scale as of today, but on Saturday I was actually at 203.4 so I must be retaining some water. I drank wine over the weekend, which is probably the culprit. It's also almost TOM. Keep on staying focused, that's what I've got to do.

**Yay! I was kind of surprised seeing how I didn't do such a good job of staying away from starchy breads and coffee creamers but at least I didn't eat any chocolate or boxes of cookies this week! One of my goals this semester in college is to give up the junk food- it's a tough one, but doable, because none of this food is nutritionally good for me.0 -

SO close to One-derland! 3 whole ounces!! I am very excited to get there and hope to be under 200 next weigh in.
In other news, I ran an 11k race on Sunday. I completed it in 1 hour 35 mins 27 secs. I am pretty damn happy considering I have never ran longer than 3 miles unofficially. My goal time was 90 minutes to 100 minutes and I got smack dab in the middle!0 -

I've been slacking the last two weeks because I got a sinus infection and now the antibiotics I got gave my a rash, so hopefully by the end of the week I can get back to the gym a couple times and back on track.
