    starting weight December 1 was 312.
    My goal weight for February 29 is 277
    Current weight is 284.6 for a 4.4 lb loss this week. Was as low as 285 but water weight!! Weight loss 27.4 pounds this challenge. 8 pounds to goal!!

    I finally have a good number on a Tuesday! The difference this week is that I kept my weekend clean and exercised. Oh what a difference! I'm scheduling a repeat of that performance this weekend, for sure! I know I'm not going to make my goal for this challenge, but I'm determined to get as close to my goal of 193 as I possibly can.

    Current weight is 282.5 a 2 lb loss this week. Was as Weight loss 29.5 pounds this challenge. 5.5 to go!

    No change in the scale as of today, but on Saturday I was actually at 203.4 so I must be retaining some water. I drank wine over the weekend, which is probably the culprit. It's also almost TOM. Keep on staying focused, that's what I've got to do.

    Doing a little better, down 1.6 lbs. from previous week, although still a bit higher than when I started. :( At this point, probably won't reach my goal, but am headed in the right direction and will keep it up.

    No loss this week. Super frustrated. I've been really good and hate to blame "water weight" two weeks in a row. Hopefully I'll see a good drop next week.

    **Yay! I was kind of surprised seeing how I didn't do such a good job of staying away from starchy breads and coffee creamers but at least I didn't eat any chocolate or boxes of cookies this week! One of my goals this semester in college is to give up the junk food- it's a tough one, but doable, because none of this food is nutritionally good for me.

    SO close to One-derland! 3 whole ounces!! I am very excited to get there and hope to be under 200 next weigh in.
    In other news, I ran an 11k race on Sunday. I completed it in 1 hour 35 mins 27 secs. I am pretty damn happy considering I have never ran longer than 3 miles unofficially. My goal time was 90 minutes to 100 minutes and I got smack dab in the middle!

    Not going to make goal but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far. They said the "last" 10lb would be slow and BOY were they ever right!

    What in the heck? Another week no change. I was down to 202 on Saturday. I've got to push through this and get my crap together on the weekends so that the scale isn't hating me the first part of every week. :(
