    My GOAL is 133-135 I don't have too much more to go.. I'm 5'11" but I'm no longer in my 20's doesn't melt off like it used to.

    160cm (5'3")... start weight 90.8kg (200lb)... so far only lost 4.6kg (10lb) but since I've only being doing this for a month, that's ok! Goal weight of around 63kg (138lb), so I'm on my way :-P

    I'm 1.61m -which seems to be 5"3 according to Google.
    My starting weight was 81.2kg. My Goal weight is, in the end, 55kg, but for now I want to get to 65 before. I'm afraid to set a goal that seems unreachable.

    Starting weight 250 with a BF in the 30's.
    Target weight is in 200 range
    That being said, I continue to work out and become stronger despite the caloric deficit. I know that I am putting on muscle as well as losing fat. So I don't know where the final weight would be....

    65 inches tall. 155lbs when I started MFP and not range from 157lbs to 160lbs. Goal is to get to 170lbs. I want to gain clean weight but knowing some might be dirty weight. I am very active so I am not sure if I will hit my goal. I am working on eating from 3090 cals to 3400. Somedays I am under to so. Never stop improving.

    All you ladies that are 5'2" or so that weight 115-125lbs....what is your bone structure? Big boned? Small boned? I am big boned 5'2" and I feel like I would be way to skinny at 125lbs but I really don't know because I have never been that small before. Right now I am 142.

    I'm 5ft 2 /46yrs old - maintenance for me is 129lb-133lbs - I'm fairly big boned but slim at this weight - I am very muscley/fit from lifting/running regularly and probably look 10lbs lighter than I actually am....

    I am between 180-185 right now @ 5'5" and about 25-27% bodyfat. I would like to be around 22-23% BF, so my calculator tells me I should be 170-172 ish. I am a powerlifter and have 135 pounds of lean mass. Another calculator tells me that I shouldn't go below around 157 without losing muscle or essential fat. So screw BMI anyway.
