    I spent a good amount of time in the pool today!:love: I did intervals of walking 10 min. and jogging 10 min in the water for a total of 60 min. (30 min. each) and than 30 min. of nothing but exercises. Than I went to the gym with my friend for our Monday Strength training sessions. :bigsmile: Time to relax! I am so darn tired!!! :yawn:

    Ok, so I'm gonna try this again. I was away most of last week, but managed to stay active, although I didn't hit my target. Sooooo, this week I'm going at it again! I'm going for 3500 cals burned!
