    This week was a rough week for me, I got braces on a week ago and still can't eat anything except soup. Anyone have some delicious soup recipes that don't have cream in it?

    Went to a new chiropractor today. Totally love her. Gives me hope that the pain I've been living with can be managed. Swimming, hot tub, yoga. Really motivated now. Have a good night lovies!

    I slacked this week so am very happy to see a loss. A lot of social eating and very little exercise is not a good recipe for success!

    It's weigh in day for me. I have just a few days to the final and I'm still 3 lbs away but this challenge definitely got me going! I learned some things and adjusted my expectations. I get discouraged at a .5 lb loss but then I look back and realize that I average just about 1.5 lbs a week. My whining brain says, "That's so slowwwww. Wahhhh, wahhh, wahhhh..." but my logical brain says, "That's perfect!". Having this challenge goal was great and this board got me to stop lurking and start participating. Maybe some day I'll even post a pic of myself. Who knows. So I'm down 7 challenge lbs and 9 lbs since I started this adventure. Looking forward to logging the first 10 and every 10 after that. Thanks, everyone for your input and honest sharing.

    Welp....29th is upon us. I am thinking I did fabulous, but didn't hit 10 lbs. I am just shy at about 9 right now, but we will see what tomorrow brings!
