    I dont really feel that sore... :/ should i add some weights?

    Go to a 90 degree squat with your legs. Making sure your knees never go past the tips of your toes. Then come back up and almost thrust your hips forward a bit and squeeze your butt muscles but never lock your knees straight, that can be bad for them!
    Try doing some really slowly and see how that feels. Or hold your squat position for a couple seconds and come back up. Or you can add in some weights. Just watch your form :) I do 30-50 squats in one set, depending on how many there is for the day :) but I do them all fairly close. like an 80 squat day, I do 2 sets of 40 reps... Do first set, then do the second set not long after a short break :)
    You are still on low set of squats so far so give it a few days with the bit higher ones and see :)
    I did all my squats with 15lb curl bar on shoulders up to 50 squats. And now I'm around 80 squats so I have been breaking it up as first set weighted second set really slow and third set fast or regular or dancing squats to music beat! Gotta have fun!

    Heyy squeekss! Sorry i didnt get to reply fully before so i just thanked you with a simple thanks. Had aloot of class work to get done (just so you get an idea... Yesterday i took like 4 exams! Hahah ikr) but yah totally it did help me. Today i really felt my legs warming and towards the end vibrating looool! I paid more attention to my legs being 90 degree and also as i came up i squeezed (trying to make sure i dont lock my knees as you said) also before i was doing squats with my legs more open (but i dont think that has anything to do with it as long im doing it 90 degree amd squeeze right?) sooo yaah thanks heaps!

    Lmao @fluffygio ! Your legs will 'warm' up to it more! I did 2 sets of 50 within 5 mins of each other. Helps to break them up a bit :)

    @someoness786 no worries!! Been there! I had back to back exams on the same day once on opposite ends of my campus haha no fun!
    You can do hip width or wide stance squats. I think wider does more of your inner thighs? I'd have to look into it more again!
    To switch it up u can side walking couple steps one way then the other!
    Or "frog jump squats" haha

    @fluffygio awe don't quit! Just do more sets with fewer reps, and only do as many as you personally can do in a day even if it's not near the challenge goal! Stick with it! Just a few a day :)
