@crazyravr - your presentation is always so elegant! I love how you 'honor' what it is your about to have with your family. Also, what camera/phone do you use for your shots. I must say, some of the pics presented here look just really not so good (lighting and color).

Pasta with a homemade spinach, mushroom sauce with cashew mozzarella, and homemade lentil meatless balls0 -
We went with decadent for breakfast this morning. Crepes filled with honey sweetened goat cheese and topped with a fresh blackberry sauce and light sprinkling of confectioners sugar.

Comfort food tonight, it was just that kind of day. Stew loaded with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery and mush more plant pure base goodness.

Ok...not a meal yet...but this was a fun diversion yesterday - making spice pastes! Freeze in ice cube trays and I can make a great Balinese curry in minutes...or can use for countless salads and meats...was thinking a chicken cooking in a banana leaf. Hmmm.

Homemade potato pancakes topped with plain yogurt, cheddar cheese and kimchi. Thai lime curry cashews. Lavender shortbread cookie.

Nothing fancy here! Tofu sautéed with zucchini and mushrooms, tiny potatoes with rosemary and cracked pepper, romaine salad with feta cheese and homemade ranch.

Yesterday's dinner of 1) Tofu, Luffa and Egg, 2) Snow Pea Shoots and 3) some Chicken and Pork for the boys...of course there was also rice.

One of my favorite lunches:
Wilted spinach salad with clementines, black olives, onions and feta cheese with blueberry vinegar.0 -
Courgette & aubergine lasagna with cheese & egg layer.
I ate about 1/6 and my hubby 1/3. This is a veggie meal without pasta.
