    Day 13!!
    130 squats! I just did 3 sets of 50.
    1st set with 15lb curl bar on shoulders
    2nd set faster passed fun with my music
    3rd set slow, focus on 90 degree knees
    Had some fun with my music today while rocking these out and 10mins on my elliptical before them, so thought I'd share my randomness of songs!!2va23o49co4h.png

    I just saw this challenge & would like to join. I'll start tomorrow on Day 1. Don't know how many I'll get done (super out of shape) but it will give me focus!

    Try doing more sets of fewer reps to start and space them out throughout your day! Should help u get started in this!

    Posting for day 15 140 squats!! Did a bunch before we started our hectic day out of the house yesterday! We got back around12:30am and finished off the rest before bed! But too tired to log on lol
    Day 16 rest!!!! Woot! Haha

    Has anyone worked out what the best thing to do after the 30 days is done? Do you keep doing 250 squats a day with a rest day every few days and maybe start a new challenge to add to your routine?
