I am definitely in!! I did real good last year, losing 30+ lbs, but this winter has been a hard one. I have been sick on and off for almost 3 months now, which makes it really hard to stick to my eating plan. Hopefully this will be just the motivation I need to get through the massive plateau I have been on since November.

Just starting the 5:2 to see if it works or not. Seems simple enough, to help lose weight and keep weight off, by helping you eat healthy, and not as restrictive as daily calorie counting. Just trying to be aware of what you eat and how healthy it is. Wish me luck - Week 10 -

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I'm getting to the point where I genuinely don't love myself. I try to be such a happy and positive person, but I look in the mirror and I'm disgusted. No one is to blame but myself. I struggle hard with the motivation and consistent working out and eating right. I'm ready to love myself.

I have quit smoking and put on a lot of weight that I need to get off. I've joined the gym and I'm not losing weight. I've lost 12.5_inches though in 4 weeks. I would like to lose 10 lbs will see.

Loving ourselves is perhaps one of the most vital keys to successfully becoming healthy because health is a form of self-love. Many of us come from all sorts of different backgrounds in life and carry different experiences that help shape how we see ourselves...I would like to encourage you today to fall in love with yourself again! Take another look in the mirror as if you're the most beautiful person you have ever laid eyes on, wort yourself a love letter, take yourself out to coffee, whatever loving yourself looks like to you, do it! Make yourself the priority and know you are loved in a much bigger picture!0 -

Hi Everyone, and good luck to you all.
I am looking forward to this challenge and, hopefully, reach my 20 lbs goal. In February I lost nearly 7 lbs with a few hiccups. For March my plan is to increase activity, stay logging in everyday, and to start measuring my meats and then reevaluate and see what else can be improved on. Also checking here lots. I have both high blood pressure and hynothyroidism and am working on what are the best foods for me, plus a husband who loves all the foods that I shouldn't eat. LOL
