    Mon: 241 calories burned - walking the track for 45mins. while my kids were in Red Cross Swim Class
    and 203 cals burned doing 15 mins of ab crunches, kicks & squats. UGH!

    Tues: 480 calories burned - walking the track for 60 mins. plus 15 min of ab. crunches, kicks, and squats. {UGH x 2!}

    Ok, so I'm gonna try this again. I was away most of last week, but managed to stay active, although I didn't hit my target. Sooooo, this week I'm going at it again! I'm going for 3500 cals burned!
