2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!

Late night snacks always win for me.
My goal is to not eat after midnight since im a night owl. And to not eat after dinner snacks after dinner 4 times a week. Call it the gremlin challenge if you will (cant feed em after midnight)
