why say no to snacking after dinner - if you are hungry eat!!
Make them calories fit and that's it - case closed!
People - you are using mfp to track calories and macros.... which part is still not clear to it?!?!?!

Since starting in June, this is my worse month with LNS and staying within calories. The circumstances were stressful but it just showed how this challenge helps me with weight loss. I gained this month!! Those 8 days were big binges. I can't just have a small snack at night. Overall, it could of been alot worse. The accountability here helped alot! Thanks to all of you!

I've been here at the Mayo Clinic since February 28th. I'm FINALLY going home April 8th! I look forward to getting back in a normal routine and back on track. Onward to April's challenge!

Well done to all the excellent streaks! o:)

And, congratulations to everyone for sticking it out and finishing! :)

Thank you much. The accountability of this group is a big part of the streak. The old adage that "if you do something for 21 days it will become a habit" doesn't seem to apply to this. That's understandable, I guess. If I've done something for nearly 19,000 days previously, why would it only take 21 to change it? Thanks, again.

Can I join this late in the game? How about I say "no" to eating anything after 8:00pm?

Glad you're here, @irshgrl500! Welcome to the group. The goals and commitments are entirely up to you. None of us know your life or routines, so no one judges your commitments. We just want to help each other achieve them and break (for some of us) life-long habits. Reading @lamlam2013's Original Post, at the top of this thread, will probably help you understand the notations.
