I came into the challenge forums looking for just this type of challenge! I do well all day and then ruin it with my nighttime snacking. Tonight I am struggling, I feel so hungry but I am so used to my evening snack that I think it might just be force of habit.
My goal is no snacking after dinner unless I have a surplus of 300+ calories left. And then only a small, healthy snack.
