Do others feel HUNGRY even after dinner? I think about staying away from snacks but the food calls to me and then I give in. This is a great challenge, one that I have not been able to complete. I'll start today (even though it's Friday) and will keep you posted!

2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!

I'm getting a late start since I'm fairly new to myFitnesspal. Nevertheless... I'm in!!! LNS is one of my biggest issues and it's nice to know I'm not the only one who struggles with it. COUNT ME IN!!!0

Hello. I need something to make me accountable for my eating habits. Even though it is well into March - I would like to work on this with you.

I came into the challenge forums looking for just this type of challenge! I do well all day and then ruin it with my nighttime snacking. Tonight I am struggling, I feel so hungry but I am so used to my evening snack that I think it might just be force of habit.
My goal is no snacking after dinner unless I have a surplus of 300+ calories left. And then only a small, healthy snack.0 -
