    3/2 - rest
    3/3 - spin class: 19.00 miles in 1:32:48
    3/4 - brick: trainer ride - 8.01 miles in 31:30:54, and 1.51 mile run in 15:30

    I was hoping for 48 hours in Feb, but missed it by 7.5 hours. Too much travelling ... but then again, there's not such a thing as too much travelling. :grin:

    Looking back at last March, I did 489.8 km (304.3 miles) = 38 hours 4 min of walking and cycling. I'd like to do at least that, and preferably up and over 500 km and 40 hours. :)
