    gentlygently I guess it is difficult when your kids go away even for just awhile... Glad she will be with a group though... :)

    Yesterday I was running all day and did not feel like logging on.
    I did get in 3.0 Mile walk Friday March 11th...
    Also today March 12th....two different walks totaling 5.0 Miles...

    Total thus far March 12th ......46.5 Walking Miles...
    ...............................................9.0 Exercise Bike Miles...

    Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)

    3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.
    3/2 - 13.32 miles, road bike, 1:01, 32*F
    3/3 - 7.14 miles, mountain bike, 38.55 min. 32 *F snowing like crazy got 2 to 3 inches. alot of weird looks while riding. One neighbor stopped his truck as I went by shaking his head lol. So much snow got on my glasses I had to stop and clean them off lol
    3/5 - 25.12 miles,
    3/6 - 12.11 miles
    3/7 - 13.66 miles
    3/8 - 14.15 miles, weather was awesome 72 degrees but windy
    3/9 - 20.43 miles
    3/10 - going to be a rainy day. Hopes it changes and tomorrow I can add miles here
    3/11 - 26.0 miles.road bike, great weather

    People are doing well ! And welcome Gail and Royboy. I am finding the challenge really helpful to get me out walking even when my body in a bit of a dip. I'm adding all sorts of extra walking in, eg turned running an errand today into a really good time exploring a bit of London i don't know at all.

    But hoping to be up for more concerted swimming again soon....

    Thank U for helping me out gentlygently! YES WELCOME TOO OUR NEWBIES!!!

    Sundays is not the best day for much walking BUT we did get in 2.0 Walking Miles...
    Monday (today) we had a lot of town things too do but a LOT of walking. We walked from where our Auto was being worked on too the Mall. THAT was a fairly long walk....altogether 4.0 Walking miles today...

    Total thus far March 14th ......52.5 Walking Miles...

    This week I had 67 km (41 miles) With today my best day with an 3 hour (fitbit says 18 km) walk to see my husband finish his half marathon.
    Not to bad a week with 53.64 km, this despite a seminar which meant not walking to work one day, but with a nice weekend walk in the forrest I made up for it. Hopefully I will keep it up this week as I again have a seminar (somehow they all fall in March this year)
