Congratulstions! I imagine after that many you are shaky. I think that I am going to mix mine up something like this some days. I just learned the frog squat last week and forgot about the pile squat. Thanks for the idea.

Worked my squats in today with my mini challenge and pushup challenge to a circuit format!
Needless to say... I should have loaded the dishwasher first lmao! Shakey legs!!!0 -
Day 2: could not do any squats. My muscles were too sore. Is it good to push through that? Any have advice?0

Depends what type of sore you are. I suggest looking up proper technique just to make sure
And start out doing more sets of fewer reps. So if you have 100 to do for a day do 4 sets of 25 maybe instead of 2 sets of 50. Or more sets of less if needed.
If it's something you are completely new to, take rest days as you need! Or keep at lower total for a few days to get into it and then move up when your muscles build and get more used to it! But keep at it and don't give up! (Unless unwanted pains, then stop n check with a trainer or dr)
I'm almost done my challenge time but will keep going and posting in to keep ppl motivated! So keep at it! Look forward to seeing you progress!!0 -
Don't forget to do some nice leg stretches in your day peeps! It'll help the muscles. I definitely need to do more stretching!!0

Started out on day 9 becausee I was already doing 50 to 100 squats a day.
Thurs. was day 11 for me. I didn't have much time between jobs today and couldn't really break them up. I "felt" everyone of them. I am now at a rest day for Friday.

Day 18 - 150 - FAILED
Cracked my phones screen at work lastnight and the touch screen was almost completely unresponsive so I spent most of the sooking that I'd stuffed my phone.
Anyway I've got a new phone now and I'll get back on track tomorrow0 -

Day 14 - 135 FAILED! I was super busy at work (chained to desk) then wore out. I got 60 in. So I made up the other 75 today. Still working on the 140 for today yet!!!!0
