    Be sure you understand what this means from a numbers perspective. You need to average a 1300 calorie deficit EVERY DAY until September 1st. Pretty steep.

    I am in, but I realize 50lbs is way too much for me by Sept 1. I have lost 17lbs in 14 weeks, so given that, I estimate being down 28lbs by Sept 1. I hope for more, but that's what I expect. Feel free to send me a Friend request!

    I haven't figured out how to invite members while on my phone yet so I may have to do it tomorrow, sorry.. In the meantime though, if you go to Groups you can search for the group and select to join, it's called "Lose 55lbs by Sept 1st"

    Again, for anyone else concerned about the amount of weigh to lose, 55lbs is a lot, I know that's a steep goal.. Feel free to adjust the goal to whatever you feel is more doable, you know your body best! Even if all you lose is 5lbs, you're headed in the right direction! The biggest goal for me is to eat better and exercise more.

    I think having a group to be held accountable for is really going to push me and I'm so excited to start

    I just want to mention your math is ambitious and has you losing 65 lbs instead of 55. 55 lbs is hard enough! :)
