    1. Walk the dogs - already done but without my Fitbit darn it! :)
    2. Stay within maintenance calories - have a function tonight and I will have a couple glasses of wine :) Ended up with a small deficit still; had two glasses of wine and two petit fours
    3. Workout :) Incline treadmill for 35 minutes; jogging for 10 minutes (not supposed to job because of plantar fasciitis but I can't help it!)

    JFT, 3/24

    1. Walk the dogs
    2. Stay within weight-loss calories
    3. Strength workout + walking

I think this is an absolutely wonderful thread. All any of us have is this one moment, this one day. We tend to get overwhelmed by thinking of the journey ahead and often let that derail us. If we think about it, though, we got to where we are, one day at a time. Why not take that and move it in a more positive direction.

    JFT 3-24-16
I will think before I eat. Am I hungry or just thirsty? Am I bored? Am I sad? Just for today, I will only eat if I am truly hungry.

I've been sick for 10+ days with the worst cold known to man, and somehow managed to throw out my back...maybe from coughing? For the last few days, I have barely been able to walk.

So grateful to feel almost normal today. It is going to take a while to get back on track...but I have a salsa congress coming up in just over a week. Really frustrated at feeling so out of shape and at the bad timing!

Small goals are in order for THURSDAY:
    1. 7500 steps
    2. under 100G carbs
    3. do one self-care activity
    4. at least 14C water

I've been slacking on my J4Ts for a while. My work schedule has changed and I am having a hard time fitting everything in!

    J4T Thursday (late afternoon!)

    1. Zumba - done
    2. Grocery store
    2. Take breakfast lunch and snack with me to work
    3. Gym after work, weights
    4. Prep veggies
    5. Cook eggs for Easter

Just popping in to let everyone know that I am still trying to get through all the posts. Still logging everything I eat and moving more.

JFT I will not overeat. I will eat the way I did when I was younger and very slim. It is mind over matter or perhaps platter. Today I will think before I eat and stop eating as soon as I start to feel as if I have eaten enough, instead of finishing everything on my plate.

I will forget about the past and treat today as a new beginning. Log accurately, will not get into my husband's potato chip stash, ride the bike for 30 minutes during the news on tv, and THROW THE DARN SCALE OUT THE WINDOW! Seriously, that thing messes with my head badly.

I like the idea of this thread, accountability but at a reasonable level. My goals for the day are to log my food, drink at least 50oz of water, 7500steps get the house cleaned. With the help of hubby and son, I am an equal opportunity boss Lol. And to bake Easter cookies, then not eat any!

Today I will continue cleaning and getting ready for Easter company. Be extra consciencous about what I eat today just in case I slip tomorrow. Most of all get some rest later so I'm not dragging tomorrow.

    1. Walk the dogs :)
    2. Stay within weight loss calories >:) Not by a long shot (did have a nice overall deficit for the week, though)
    3. Would like to do another long bike ride :)

    JFT, 3/27

    1. Walk the dogs
    2. Stay within weight loss calories if I get in a workout; otherwise stay within maintenance calories
    3. See if I can fit in some kind of workout today if I feel like it; I've worked out a lot of days in a row and may need a rest day
