    Thank you! I've been on here two weeks now and I haven't been able to clearly understand how it worked, but now I do. According to MFP, with my weight, I should be aiming for .5 a week loss. I'm impatient, so of course I want it faster than that, but at least now I understand why the scale doesn't seem to be budging yet.
