  • just order the Zebra book - stress is the bain of my life. Bumping so I can save and reread later when I am not so stressed by the math I need to perform now lol!

    Yup, we are. Sapolsky is one of my favorite authors. I receive many emails from young personal trainers and strength coaches asking for recommended books to read and Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers is always in my top 10.

    Yeah, he has many other great books too from what I hear - but I'm reading the Zebra book first.

    Would you give the same advice to a person who has a LOT of weight to lose and who works out solidly, but not "like crazy"? Some days MFP is giving me over 3,000 calories to eat.
