    and 203 cals burned doing 15 mins of ab crunches, kicks & squats. UGH!

    Tues: 480 calories burned - walking the track for 60 mins. plus 15 min of 50 ab. crunches, 30 kicks, and 30 squats.

    Adding more exercise for Tuesday - was 480 and is now (at the end of the day after a softball game with the kids & neighborhood kids ) = 655
    I kicked their butts and got a couple double plays on them...HA!

    and 203 cals burned doing 15 mins of ab crunches, kicks & squats. UGH!

    Tues: 480 calories burned - walking the track for 60 mins. plus 15 min of 50 ab. crunches, 30 kicks, and 30 squats.
