  • I'm 5'7... and 53 years old. I can't remember the last time I was below 200, so I'm shooting for One-derland first.
I think I would be comfortable, and be successful at maintaining around 160-169.

Back to 130-132 I was 2 yrs ago. It was a hard weight to maintain so I'd be happy with 135. It's an 8lb goal that's been going on for 2 years now :(

My dream weight is 150 pounds but I'd be happy with 170...who am I kidding I'd be happy with 190 right about now.

    Ha ha! Amen!

I've never been a small girl - ever - and I don't think I would ever be near what I'm "supposed" to be unless I got gravely ill. I think it just ranges on your body type and activity level. For me, I'd like to see what 185 looks like and then work from there.

Size 8/10... I've been over weight for so long, I'm not sure what I would look like at a number weight. I'm more into toning.

I am currently 193 and my pie in the sky goal is 130 which is what I weighed in college...when I thought I was fat (I wanna smack that dumb me). I am taking a little bit at time. So my next goal is 160 and I will decide it I want to try maintaining or continue losing.
  • my ultimate goal would be in the healthy range of the BMI chart. Around 150 pounds for me would be awesome. But as of right now, I would just love you be under 200 again...

I'm 5' 8 3/4" and i currently weigh 190 i have worked hard to get there. However my goal weight is 150-145. My husband would like to have children in the next 3 to 4 years however in order for me to feel comfortable with gaining an extra 30 lbs i will def need to be 145lbs. (that's if 30 lbs is all i gain during my pregnancy lol) So we shall see how i feel at 150, what my BMI is and how flat my stomach is before i adjust that goal more than 5lbs.

I'm 5'7" and I'd like to get around 155. I think the lowest I ever weighed was 140/145 and I thought I was a bit too thin looking. I like having curves haha. I'm hoping a toned 155 looks good on me :)
  • I'm 5'7.5" and my goal is to see 160 and re-evaluate. If I am toned enough, it may be as far as I want to go.

My first goal was to not be overweight by my BMI. I then went for a BMI of 22 which is considered to be the "healthiest" BMI. I am currently at 23 which is 151 pounds and really could stay here and be quite happy. It would be 145 to make be 22 but I am stuck where I am for the last six months so don't know if I will go smaller. I fit a 8/9 depending on the style.

My goal is 136. Mainly I want a six pack but I think I might have to go lower than 136 for that...

I'm only 5'7 however my current goal is 160lbs. I would love to be a sz12.
At my highest I was 315 and sz28
Currently I am 255 and I have no idea what size because I refuse to buy new clothes often - only once it all starts falling off and belts dont work :)

I'm 5' 8" on the nose. I joined MFP on January 11, 2011 and my high weight was 277 and I am currently down 83 pounds and am at 194. My doctor says I would be good at about 170 but I would love to see 150. Here are before and current pics so you can see how it's shaping up on me.

I'm 5'7" and 1/2 and my goal is 125. I started on here at 145, and my highest ever is 155. Right now I am 134 (woohoo!), but I still see room for improvement in my body, so I'm thinking 125 is mostly likely where I'll end up.

I'm 5"8" and my goal is 150. BUT I would love to be 125, which is what I weighed in college and when I got married ( which will be 29 years on Sunday!).
I still have 60 pounds to lose to get there, (150). SO we will see if I still have that as a goal once I'm closer!
  • Hi ladies of a similar height!
I just started today! I've been working out with a trainer for 6 weeks so far, but not seeing much weight loss... so here I am---

Unfortunately, I started this on the day I went to the county fair w/ family... ugh.

    Well... just checking in! Hi!

I'm 5'7 1/2" My goal is for 135 which is the weight i used to be a few years ago and i looked lovely and felt healthy. I am however doing strength training so i might just end up gaining muscle and stay at my present weight. I just want to feel healthy and strong. I have fat legs so i am building the muscle on them to give some definition and hopefully remove as much cellulite as possible without getting thin.

I'm at 5'7 1/2 also. I'm currently at 153. I'd love to hit 140, but I'd be super happy with 145. I think much lower than 140 is getting too thin.

Well...I'm almost 5'8". 5'7.5", checking in. I have a medium/small frame, according to most wrist measurement charts, and currently I'm a size 9/10...Haven't checked to see if an 8 fits me yet, but the 9 is starting to feel loose...

Originally my goal weight was 143 pounds...but now I'm 149.4 pounds, and I'm thinking that another 6.4 pounds won't give me exactly the body I want, so I might go for somewhere in the 135-138 range. We'll see when I get there.

    Goal weight 135

When I started nursing school I was 170lbs, I felt that was too much for my body build. I've always been athletic and I wasn't working out at that point. When I graduated nursing school 2 years later I was 123, and I was told I looked sick. I currently sit at 140lbs, which is 5lbs less than my high school weight, but 5lbs more than my goal weight. Those last few pounds are killer!! Good luck to everyone! ;)

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 160 for now. My lowest adult weight a few years ago was 170 and I looked and felt good at that size. Wasn't toned though and hoping my body will be more toned as I reach my goal (I know it will be!) I have a larger frame with giant bones and muscles , so I'm not sure anything below 160 is even viable.
