    I'm 5-7 1/2 started at 200lb the old photos weren't at my heaviest x x x

I'm a new mama struggling to lose both pre and postpartum weight and wondering how the hell I can do it with a young baby and diastasis recti and your post was just what I needed. The photo of you and your baby melted my heart and you look so wonderful (in both old and new photos). Congratulations!

Changing how you look at food helps tremendously. My two-question approach has saved my butt a lot during some difficult times:

Before you indulge in something that's not the healthiest ask yourself these two things:
    1. Have I had it before? (If yes, I don't need it right now. If no, go to question 2.)
    2. Can I get it again? (If yes, I don't need it right now while I'm reaching my goal - I'll get it again another time. If no, have it in moderation. If it's super special like an Iron Chef prepared 10-course meal, eat it all! lol)

I love this! Borrowing it for myself.

Thank you for the kind compliment! I really have no "secret" - faithfully logg my food in MFP and work out 6 days a week. I do both cardio and strength training and since I'm naturally muscular, I try to get eat a lot of protein. I eat carbs, but avoid anything white - no white pasta, rice, etc. All whole wheat products. It's also been slow going, but slow and steady wins the race :-)

I'd be happy to friend you on MFP so you can see my food diary.
