    I'm in, will set my goal at 400 miles.

    4/1 - 12.06 miles, road bike, 54.12 minutes
    4/2 - 17.66 miles, road bike, 1:25 minutes
    4/8 - Think I sat my goal to high now. We have had a week of terrible weather. Saturday was high of 35 with 16 to 20 mph winds, sleet/freezing rain/snow. All week been cold and rained everyday and windy. 45000 locally without power as winds has been 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50. Rain with snow mix tomorrow again (Friday) and Saturday high of 35 rain in the morning turning to wintery mix in the afternoon. uggggg!!!!

    Totals- MTD - 29.72

    Jan. miles - 170.5 bike
    Feb. miles- 245.25 bike
    March miles- 409.78 bike

    Total for 2016- 855.25 bike

    Just made the 30 mins yesterday - through gritted teeth - not a good day at many levels... But today better, my first swim in ages....a bit out of practise so just 30 mins, plus walking there and back. Back is all uphill, and my legs reminded me!

    30 mins minimum every day - 7 out of 7
    45 mins plus (but under 400 cals) - 2
    400 plus cal burn - 3

    That weather sounds grim Steve (time to be thankful you are not a pro cyclist! Jeepers those guys do the distance in all sorts of hideous weather...) - hope it is safe and enjoyable out on the roads soon.

    I'm new to this challenge and a little late in starting, but i'm, already at 20 miles for April. I'm going to shoot for 300, a combination of walking, running, and biking. Thank you for coming up with this challenge.

    Lots of walking - but in chunks today - around home and Dulwich. (Went to the Picture Gallery and our daughter's concert... ).

    STEVE DONT WORRY!!!!!!!!!! Our weather has not been the greatest either and next few days rain and cold off and on....STILL by mid too end April who knows we may get a really warm spell....just cross fingers! lol

    Today the girls and I got in a 2.25 Mile walk ....Also I push mowed the lawn. Another 2.0 Miles...

    Just took my kids out for a walk , about 2& 1/2 miles - fresh air and exercise for us all - plus helped to up my step count

    Lots of gentle gardening today (hours of it) - I'll count it as just a 30 mins walk- but the garden's looking great, and lots of new plant in and weeds out.

    Sun 4/12 - 5.25 miles

    April total: 49.32 miles (need to really start increasing this to make my monthly goal of 150 miles!

    Also did insanity and a bike ride this weekend.

    Talking of which, roast dinners and steak and chips lunches just about did me in at the weekend. That and a fair amount of wine....

    went to see the parents, as took my dad out for lunch for his birthday. He's a big fan of Single Malt whisky, so it seemed the thing to do to help him taste some of the bottles he received....

    But now I'm feeling stodgy and in need of MOVEing again. I went to a Charleston class last night which I was hopeless at, but the joy of walking into and out of the city after a weekend spent sedentary was great. Going back to the gym this morning after a few weeks off was hard but glad I did it.
