no loss this week. It's all good though, been eating right and as soon as I can add some good exercise to the routine the weight will fall again!! MFP is great support to keep you on track!0

I can't believe that there is only 2 more weeks until this challenge is over! I'm no where near where I need to be !

So, I'm not going to weigh myself until July 4th. I think that my progress has been holding me back.... self-sabotage and all that. I will still be active on here, and I will still be updating the sheet, so please feel free to keep posting your progress as often as you want !

I think this is a pretty common thing. I've had months like this before, after which I was totally back on track. I think it is the capricity of long term weight loss.0 -
I did my weigh-in today, I felt pretty good this morning. I'm down to 156.5. Woohoo, I'm now down 40lbs since I started MFP. Thank you everyone who has been with me through out these challenges. Your positive attitude and encouragement doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks to you.0

I think I forgot to checkin last week but I'm down to 164.2- I've lost 1.6 lbs since my last weigh in.
I've been pretty under the weather lately and not keeping in touch. I'll be back as soon as I can though.

Everyone is doing so great!!! I'm having problems sticking to the 'no weighing till the 4th' idea, but I have been good so far this week with my eating and I've uped my work outs to 2 a day. So far so good0

Weigh in at 150 today, despite a week of wedding celebrations and bad food options. I guess moderation really is key!0

Tomorrow is my weigh-in, but I think I finally broke my plateau. :happy: I didn't lose alot but I did lose a little bit, hopefully by tomorrow I can lose more. Which means I will probably not reach my goal. :sad: but I will try to get to the closest I can.0

I cannont wait for the next challenge either ! I am checking in at 192.0 this morning . Lost 1.5 pounds . I know that i will not make it to my goal weight for this challenge of 186.0 but i am moving in the right direction .0

On my off days (no running), I'm going to take my dog for a walk or a light jog. She's too small to go for one of my runs, so a walk/little jog will be good for her. She'll like it.
