April goals - 2nd month of this challenge
No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

Yes, I definitely see the payoffs! Since getting serious about exercising and controlling not only my late night snacking but, more importantly, binge eating, I have lost 30 lbs. No late night snacking has become a habit for me. You can do it, too!3 -

I'm just now joining the late night snack group. This is my nemesis, but I will prevail. I get up at midnight to pee and miraculously find myself standing in the kitchen. This must stop! Especially since I'm having kick-*kitten* days lately with calories and activity. Tomorrow morning will be my Day 1 at winning over late night snacking!3

- Finish eating at 10pm 6/30 nights of my choice. 3/6
- Take one day at a time.
