I'm in. Water is definitely not my thing, i need some flavor. But I brought 2 30oz jugs. Hopefully I can get 60oz in today. Only drank one yesterday, but today will be better !0

It's recommended one have 8 cups a day, 1 cup being 8 ounces, your avergsw water bottle is 16 ounces, so have four of rhise a day and meet your goal1

I'm in...currently drinking 18 cups of water a day. We are supposed to be drinking half our weight in ounces. My weight last recorded is 273, however I am on medication taking a steroid which retains water in the body, and causes weight gain. So I do not have a current weight as to date. Once I wake in the morning I drink warm lemon water 2 cups on empty stomach. I walk 2 miles a day, I am doing a 30 day squat challenge (day 5...45 squats), and also I do green Smoothies 16oz. for breakfast, and 16oz. for lunch with snacks in between. There maybe a third smoothie depending on my mood. If not I will have a big salad that includes apples, cucumbers, grape tomatos, feta cheese, onions, with baked chicken or fish, and of course lettece...the darker the better. I go up and down with my weight so after this month I'm looking forward to a change.2
