I'm in...currently drinking 18 cups of water a day. We are supposed to be drinking half our weight in ounces. My weight last recorded is 273, however I am on medication taking a steroid which retains water in the body, and causes weight gain. So I do not have a current weight as to date. Once I wake in the morning I drink warm lemon water 2 cups on empty stomach. I walk 2 miles a day, I am doing a 30 day squat challenge (day 5...45 squats), and also I do green Smoothies 16oz. for breakfast, and 16oz. for lunch with snacks in between. There maybe a third smoothie depending on my mood. If not I will have a big salad that includes apples, cucumbers, grape tomatos, feta cheese, onions, with baked chicken or fish, and of course lettece...the darker the better. I go up and down with my weight so after this month I'm looking forward to a change.2

I drink a gallon of water every day. That's 128oz. Some days I drink a gallon and a half-especially on days when I do extra workouts. It's important to replace that. I do drink a few cups of coffee every day as well. Otherwise-it's water ONLY!!!!!0

To make it easy to keep track-I gave a 32oz water bottle. 4 of those equals a gallon!0

The weather is sizzling here now and my body must know to take in more when that happens0 -
Recomended amount of watwr per day is half your body weight in ounces of water per day example if you weight 200 pounds you need to drink 100 ounces of water. I adverage 136 ounces of water daily.0
