Looks like everyone is doing great. I didn't make my steps yesterday (only a little over 9,000) & May not make them today. Hubby and I are on mini vacation on a wine trail for our anniversary. Will be back on task tomorrow though!

I hit only 7900 on Saturday and even less on Sunday...I see some lawn mowing in my future over the next few days (push mower) so maybe I can up those numbers a bit :s

I'll join, even though I'm a bit late. I just got my fitbit last Monday! I've done 10k steps every day so far except yesterday

    Tues 3: 10,017
    Weds 4: 11,097
    Thurs 5: 16,451
    Fri 6: 10,734
Sat 7: 20,473 - long walk in the countryside with my 5 year old slowing me down ;)
Sun 8: 4,099 - too tired after Saturday's walk and swimming in the afternoon!

It's 2pm and I'm just over halfway to 10k, so I'll update here later.

One thing I do is make sure I get in 10,000+ steps during the weekdays and then kind of take it easy on the weekends. It's a little trick my physical therapist taught me and it really helps to have a 'rest' day or two to allow my body to rejuvenate so I can continue on for the next upcoming week. That being said these are my steps for Saturday and Sunday:

    May 7th
    13,913 steps

    May 8th
    5,227 steps

I'm sick with cold. Seems to be going around the office. One person had had it over 2 weeks now. I got hit with it yesterday. Feel horrible. I'm going to continue to check in daily, but not going to overdue it. I want to get rid of this as quickly as possible. I hate being sick. :(

I'm in. I had a TAH a week ago and have a 7"!incision. I'm only allowed to walk for the next 6 weeks. I've managed to walk between 5 and 8 miles a day from the 4'th post-op day till now. I've been following this thread since it began and finally feel like I can join in. This is what I've done so far today.

Actually got a walk in today! Still have cold, but the sun was shining for a change so I powered through it, lol.

I did a lot more walking today, although I was told I should be resting more than I am. Therefore I'll walk a little less tomorrow.
