Not my picture (forgot to save the one I took because I was too excited) but I got the cupcake pancakes at IHOP yesterday. Tasted like funfetti cake. Delicious. And ate half at breakfast, half at lunch and it fit into my day

Looks pretty awful but tasted nice- 8 egg whites, 2 slices chopped ham, 2 pieces feta cheese, 1/2 can of tinned tomatoes- about 400 calories? hopefully it will stop me binging later

I have spent a few days going through most of the posts here! Huge thank you to everyone who went to the effort of posting their meals.
