    UGH yesterday I only managed 27 mins for 218 calories :(


    My goal for this week was to get to 6000 calories down so far. That is 1138 calories by Sunday night. I doubt I will reach my goal with being out of town this weekend but here is to trying my best to reach my goal!!

    After a weekend away from my workouts I managed 134 minutes of exercise today. Feeling great!

    565 minutes down, 635 to go.... and after tonight's jiu jitsu and Brazil Butt Lift I'll have ~550 to go! :)

    659 for Today and Friday. I didn't log anything on the weekend.

    Ugh I still have just over 480 to reach the half way point. With only 9 days left to the month I better pick up my work outs. That would be an average of 719 calories a day (which is more then I have ever logged)

    What I am hoping to do is a physical activity in addition to workouts on my days off like hike, walk, skate-anything, to get those #'s upppp!!!!

  • Yesterday was a mix of belly dance, zumba, and my new 6 week six-pack dvd (tough!). Ticker is up to date. A little tired and sore but ready to bring it today!

    3.5 miles yesterday with 47 minutes of strength! two more weeks need to turn up a lil more!

    I need to workout at least 1 hour everyday! let's do this!!

    I've been quite sick for the last week and am still only on gentle exercise. I'm afraid I'm not going to meet my goal :sad:

    Well I just found this challenge today :embarassed:

    I'm up to 1022 min (as of yesterday when I crashed my bike) :-/

    I'm hoping to reach 1200 by 30th! Still have today, wed & thurs! =)

    Walked an hour tonight. Also did some hiking over the weekend that I hadn't added yet. Updated the ticker! Got a ways to go, if I want to make my goal!

    I don't like Summer when it comes to getting a good workout in! late night ball games and business at work that I don't get to walk at lunch :(

    So are we doing a July challenge...hehe... I want to push even harder in July and baseball/softball will be over soon :)

    There WILL be a July Challenge! I got a lot done in the 2 weeks I worked out but I definitely won't meet my goal :( HOWEVER... Next month, I WILL!

    Also starting a "Lean by Halloween" Challenge! Will begin July 1st! You set your own goal of pounds to lose by 10/31/11 :)
