I don't expect any of these to be a miracle weight loss cure for me, just hoping to find something that will curb my appetite. Going from eating 3500+ calories a day, to less than 1900 is a shock to my system and leaves me feeling starved all day long.
Be careful with HydroxyCut I took it about a year ago and it landed me in the ER.0 -
I usually mix 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder with my oatmeal in the am0

Hi all thanx for the reply just trying to do up a list of what the majority of people use. Just to use once I open a gym. I myself tbh have used literally everything and tbh it's honestly all the illegal stuff that work0

Creatine 5-10mg a day + Protein shakes with coffee and chocolate milk = great physique for me0
-
Isopure protein (Dutch chocolate)
Mesomorph preworkout or Finaflex stimul8 (sour apple)0 -
1 Multivitamin daily, 1 cup herbal tea (various flavors).0

There's only one supplement for me and that's Veta Vita Vegamin!
Actually, I take a multivitamin and a B complex plus a protein shake (2xday) and when I was lifting heavy I would take a pre and post creatine and that is all I have ever taken.

You might want to have some protein in the morning instead of a slimfast shake. Eat a couple of hard boiled eggs for breakfast instead of a shake as the shake will give you some nutrients and calories but it's going to do nothing for you hunger. Snack on nuts, cottage cheese or maybe edamame or some other legume. The big mistake that a lot of people make is not how much they eat but the choice of what they choose to eat in dealing with hunger and cravings. Protein will keep you satiated longer because it takes longer to break down. A lot of women choose to just eat a bunch of salads. That will help you lose weight because you're cutting back calories but it's not going to help with cravings and hunger.0 -
