    May 22 - about 2 litres of water, about half of that was hot water which was easier to drink than cold water. Maybe that's the answer to drinking more water.

    Just a friendly tip your daily water intake should be half your weight in ounces per water a day, this will help flush your body. For the first week it's gonna be tough but stick to it and you will start to crave it more and more... This coming from a former 12pk of dew a day gal :)
