A colleague complimented me on my glasses today. I don't normally wear them full time as I used to feel I had a round face and almost all glasses looked too small. So I took the plunge and have starting wearing them (everything now looks HD lol!). The compliment was definitely a confidence boost and I know they now fit perfectly!

An acquaintance at work told me that I lost weight and proceeded to say that she wants to be like me one day. That totally blew my mind. Me? Who wants to be little old me? That is when I looked in the mirror and finally saw the changes she saw. I didn't notice the changes until she made me actually look for the changes. It feels great!!19

A friend referred me to her photog friend that is looking for athletic models. That felt pretty great. ^_^18

A trainer at the gym who was working with a client used me as an example of perfect form on an exercise I was doing.21

I developed rough spots near my elbows and thought it was some kind of rash. Nope, it's from doing five 2 minute planks every day.15

Now I know Old Navy is generous with their sizing, so I was cautiously optimistic to try on shorts yesterday in a size 16. When I tried them on the gap in the back was huge! Cautiously, I picked out some 14's, expecting them to fit halfway up my thigh and stop - even if I did the shuffle dance. Not only did I not have to wiggle in to them, but they fit amazingly! I was so excited I didn't even want to wait for a better sale, I just bought them.16

I went to see the doctor yesterday and she had no recommendations. She said everything was good. My weight was 166 (at the lower end of my 166-174) and my blood pressure was 120/70. Couldn't be happier.

Walked 10.5 miles with 16 min miles . I felt at moments during the walk that I was floating....is this really me?19

Went dress shopping today for my son't high school grad. First time in years I have deliberately gone dress shopping - I bought four dresses!!

For the first time ever, I ran 3.1 mi, no walking. And I managed to stay under 12min/mi. 2 months ago I hated running and I wasnt able to run for even 1 min straight.

According to the American Heart Association, well-trained athletes have a resting heart rate of 40-60 BPM.
My resting heart rate is now 55 BPM.30 -
I had planned to walk to a lecture tonight. Was late leaving due to phone call.
I made it on time. I forgot how much faster I walk since 1) I have been walking most days and 2) since I am smaller.
Gret lecture and then walk home. Exercise is fitting into everyday life.21 -
Yesterday I felt uncomfortable sitting on a hard chair and realised it was because I have less padding on my butt!! Now I just need my waist line to catch up!15

My son's graduation was last weekend, so saw some people I haven't seen for a while. Some didn't recognize me. My ex asked if I was down to my high school weight now. (Actually I'm a bit smaller. Yay!)
Today my daughter and I participated in a 5k walk for NAMI. We finished ahead of the crowd, so walked it again, we even ran part of the way and I didn't such wind. Couldn't have done that last year.

I went to a new class yesterday, picked up the less resistance band, and after watching me the instructor said, you're really strong; get a gray band next time.14

1) While at my boyfriend's parents' this past weekend we were showing them photos from our trip to London in April. They hadn't seen our photos from Rome (August 2015), so we showed those right after. The noticeable difference in my weight made me really happy, as I haven't seen too much of a difference day-to-day.
2) I recently got my Aunt Flow back after not having a cycle for almost 1.5 years! At 25, I was terrified about my fertility, so I was ecstatic when I finally had it again!27 -
When I noticed my work scrubs were loose in the chest area n the pants are getting loose in my stomach n butt before I started my scrub pants would roll down after lunch lol... small NVS but makes me feel good!9

I tried on three of my favorite dresses today. Usually I feel disgusting in them because of my back fat, but they now look great! I still have a lot to lose, but exercising has made all the difference in how my clothes fit.16
