Just a friendly tip your daily water intake should be half your weight in ounces per water a day, this will help flush your body. For the first week it's gonna be tough but stick to it and you will start to crave it more and more... This coming from a former 12pk of dew a day gal0

Doing this challenge has shown me that if I force myself to drink 2 litres I spend the day needing the loo. Maybe if I do this again when the hot weather really starts I'll find myself naturally drinking 2 litres without effort.0 -

This has been a fun challenge. For quite a while I have had an app on my phone to track my water intake. It's in the Apple Store and is called Daily Water. Since I have been doing this challenge, I have been using the app every day. It has made me more aware of my intake. Thanks for a great challenge!1
