I made my weight goal! Thanks to no late night snacking and no bingeing I did it! Now comes maintenance. I hope I can continue my good habits with no LNS.8

I really believe not snacking at night is helping me lose lbs!!
Speaking from experience, I can honestly say it does help with weight loss! Social gatherings are easy derailments for late night snacking, but kudos to you for getting back in the saddle!4 -

I haven't posted since May 25th, so bringing my totals up to date. 1 of the 2 "fails" was due to having to eat supper later than normal. The other "fail" I only had fruit, so didn't feel quite as bad about it.
