"My husband was the same. We solved this by getting earplugs for his iPad, he can put on Amazon tv or Hulu or whatever and I can have peace. Isn't it amazing how some people are so insistent that they MUST have something even when they know it harms their partner, but they don't expend any effort in thinking of ways both people can be comfortable?"
Yes, we spent $300 On wireless headphones that work with our smart TV. He used them twice.

@WalkerPop You are holding on rightly, yourself. It's very motivational.

The earlier cut off makes it a bit more difficult, but I find that the urge to nibble is reducing as the days pass.

I bet so. I'm considering following your lead (again) next month and shaving a half hour of my cutoff, too. Tell those urges to take a hike. Keep adulting!

I am going to start this today, if that ok!! Snacking is definitely my biggest problem in terms of my diet. There's 11 days left - good short term goal

    Goals:
no snacking after 8pm - 9/11 days left of may
    can snack after 8pm - 2/11

This nice thing about this particular challenge is you can start it any time you want and set up your own rules. I am so grateful to the original person (people) who started this one and keep it going month after month with a brand new challenge at the beginning of each new month. It has really helped me reign in my late night snacking! Welcome!

    May goals
    No snacking after 9 p.m. 18/21 nights. 5/18
    Can snack after 9 p.m. 3/21 nights. 3/3
    Me: 8*
    LNS: 0

I had allotted myself one "free" night a week...obviously that plan backfired. Despite that, I am still really glad for this challenge. I know I would have ate more of my calories each night if it wasn't for this challenge.
