Wow, thanks everyone!
Someone mentioned the outfit: I really love that shirt! The skirt has to go, though - too big! I had a birthday recently though and only asked for gift cards to buy clothes. My closet is become a desperate situation!
Someone asked about exercise tips: Right now I'm concentrating on losing fat so I'm mostly doing cardio. Once I either get down to my goal weight OR I plateau then I'll worry about toning. You can't tell in the last photo, but I still have a lot toning work to do, especially on my upper arms. However, I have been doing light freeweights, some situps and pushups, but nothing really strenuous with strength training. For cardio I'm doing a lot of walking and a little bit of jogging. Ellipical when I can get to the gym, and if it's raining then I break out my Zumba DVDs. I do recommend jogging, for sure. Even if you can only go a couple paces at a time starting out, it's okay. I was the same way! I don't really jog that much now - I'll never be a runner. But jogging is the best way to work off the fat that collects around the hips and butt!0 -
