Too late to join? I'm on Nutrisystem and we get dessert each nite. Sometimes when I have calories leftover I have TWO
..... and i need to stop that! My plan is to have a protein snack (almonds, an egg, etc) if I have cals left before i let myself have my dessert. And then I tell myself "Thats it, you are out of food for the day". Hoping this helps....
