Long hike Saturday with Scouts. Sore Sunday. DOMS weight up Monday.1

Changed my workouts up a bit about 2 months back to do some isolation on arms, shoulders and chest. Big gains for the first month. no gains second month . I found doing the full body with leg focus multiple times a weeks was killing me when I decided to ride the bike. But I definitely prefer the full body workouts to the pure strength ones.
Diet is slipping, I apparently have a weakness for marshmallows. Suck them like a mint until they dissolve. I polished off a full 500g bag in the past week. Disgusting....yet tasty too.
@Beeps2011 best of luck in the eviction of "Terry" next week.
Did a nice ride last weekend. the bike is great for getting out and seeing the city. Doesn't hurt that the city views are awesome when the weather is nice

I am 44. 2 years ago I found out I have all kinds of things wrong with me. I weighed 124 last year and I don't know if it was medicine or my age but I blew up. I am welcoming friends to help me get back down to my correct weight1

Turned the big 5-0 this year! Like to lose about 15-20 pounds and tone up. Also toying with the idea of maybe running another marathon this fall.2

Did I 3 hour ride today then sadly surrendered my bike to my friend for annual maintenance - bikeless for 2 full days0

i couldnt do P90X2 to save my life, SO much core and strength that i thought i had... but sadly not for that one. balance balls are KILLER! Loved Asylums. Doing the new Body Beast Up workouts from On Demand right now, so fun!0 -
