    As for my game plan, I've done pretty good but I'm slacking on the new recipe thing and the vitamins. I HATE vitamins (ok, I don't mind the gummy ones at all) and the thought of swallowing one of those giant horse pills makes me ill. But, I've got to finish off the bottle before I buy some adult gummy ones. :laugh:
    I tried to find the Adult Gummy ones here in Canada, and haven't had much luck yet :P I am continuing to steal the Flintstone ones from my kids till then... If I take it when I give them theirs, I never forget :P

    I get those at Costco you should check it out?

    I'm finding it rough going to stay motivated lately
    there have been alot of upsetting things going on the past few weeks & I havent been dealing with them as well as I should

    Im going to try harder, but we will have a weekend away for the 4th so my food will be over but I should be doing alot of walking so that wil help

    I think the hardest has been that my biggest supporter (we've been doing this as a team) hasnt been around much & I'm feeling kind of lost & abandoned, but this is MY JOURNEY, so I need to get into the mindset that I cant rely on anyone but myself

    I so hear ya on that, I like having support but I find if I rely to much on someone else I just end up letting myself down. You can do this! Felicia's & Falisha's alike will rock this ;)

    The worst is that he was the one who INSPIRED ME!

    I feel like such a slacker in this group, but I've read every post, and I'm even seeing a loss again myself, so thanks for the motivation!

    amodom + mosneakers... I hear you with the late night snacks! I often am so hungry before bed, but I find that if I do nothing else in my day, but not eat before bed, it still helps a LOT on the scale!     jae6704... Woo! I'm starting Ripped tomorrow, best of luck with it, and finishing the Shred! (I'm still finishing it too!) Running always helped me lose. I hope it works for you too!

    hdelamore... I know everyone who gets a HRM loves it, and so do I! Although I wouldn't wish a job on their feet all day for anyone, it's so much better than sitting hunched at a desk all day. Hope you enjoy it! :happy:

    rstrycharz... Glad to hear of your successful surgery, and that you are back on track!

    newmeat30 + Picky_nikki... My mom loves the horse pills, so that's mostly what I take. :laugh: Flintstone's were alway my number one chewable! Do they make them for adults? Haha. I can remember taking 4 gummy ones at a time because they were made for kids.
    All the exercise and eating right (more or less) is paying off!!!!!!!!! Tummy (below the belly button) is almost flat again!!!!! Been a long time since I've seen it this small! LOVIN' IT!!
    rstrycharz... Congrats! That's so exciting!

    Falisha13... Congrats on your consistent weight loss! I'm lucky if I lose 5 lbs a week, so it's not good for my ego when I set my goals higher than that. :wink:

    yportia... I hope you find a Zumba class, I absolutely LOVE mine! They are so fun! I love working out in a group setting with other people like that, and the music is so catchy and energizing!

    Kallisti... I hope you win the challenge at the gym! Good luck!

    Scubasab... I know, I got that after-workout feeling yesterday too, and it was GREAT to feel it again after what seems like I really long time for me. I hope you get lots of fun workouts while you're away!

    Week 3 Challenge: FOCUS
    I wanted very much to start focusing on eating right, but since trying to do that, I've come close to not working out at all. I want to focus on working out again. I'll be starting Ripped in 30, and I'm hoping that will get me back into the swing. Some of my MFP friends are joining me, and I think that will be great motivation too.

    Week 3 Reflection: Game Plan?
    Well, I don't think I came close to matching or passing my goals from May. I'm gonna tally it all up tomorrow and see what went on this month. And I haven't been working out like I planned to. I planned on being done the Shred by tomorrow, but I have 9 days to go. I do plan on finishing Ripped by August 10th (or sooner), so that's still a go. I've totally been ignoring the push ups I challenged myself to, but if I can do 6+, then I'm at a good place. I'll try and remember to do some later.

    My focus was on low carbs this week! I think I did good. Only doing this a few days out of the week. Next focus is sodium!

    Week 3 Results- no change this week, though i have a feeling its because its my TOM. if i dont see a weight loss next week, i'm going to try cycling my calories as i dont want to hit a plateau so early in! Still feel comfortably on schedule to achieve 144, but a little disheartened to see no change and i'm off to the hard rock cafe on Sunday night for a celebratory meal! Though maybe having a treat day will kick start my metabolism, fingers crossed.
