Ultimate goal: 148.0lbs
Tip: DANCE. I love music so i put it on and just dance crazyily to get my heart rate up. I also do some lunges when i hover and squats when i clean low things etc.
Everything counts! I also try to get under my calorie recommendation.

Walked 45 min, housework 30 min, Calisthenics 45 min, Singing 60 min. I've been eating a lot of fiber each day which is good for one's waistline! At my age (51) I need 21 gm/day. I also find it helpful to fill out my eating schedule for each meal for the day so I know what I'm having and don't have to think about it - and can see ahead of time where I stand and if I need to change anything.1 -
