June 16th 239 1/2. Love digital scales.....! Want to drop 10 more pounds in the next 30 days. Goal 175 and below. Age....can't go there but I feel like 35 inside. Need the outside to look a good 45.
I do cardio for 45 min. 5 times a week...whew! Divide it into two sessions a day of about 20 minutes.0 -

Walked 45 min, housework 30 min, Calisthenics 45 min, Singing 60 min. I've been eating a lot of fiber each day which is good for one's waistline! At my age (51) I need 21 gm/day. I also find it helpful to fill out my eating schedule for each meal for the day so I know what I'm having and don't have to think about it - and can see ahead of time where I stand and if I need to change anything.1 -
