    Wow, tojo, that photo is SPECTACULAR!

    It is the best part of biking is being able to get out and see the city. That was Spanish banks about 20k out from my place.

    The worst part? huge unexpected downpour on yesterdays bike.....then sun again..then hail. Wtf? Only 35k ride. 1hr 30min on the bike and 25min and cleanup and maintenance due to the weather and grit pickup.

    @Gam3rguy goodluck with the race.

    In the city for another 5 days :0 Took advantage of the beautiful inner city trails yesterday for a run. One thing I miss about Calgary. Today was the gym. Had issues figuring out the squat rack, but a very nice girl noticed my confusion and helped me out. I ran for 30 minutes then did legs.
    Happy Father's Day boys!!

    Not riding today. Got in about 45 minutes of walking though - still bike related. .. Went to the bike shop to pick up a box to pack my bike for the cycling trip on Sunday. Then did some grocery shopping.

    Did the Stairmaster for a low impact change today. Glutes are now tight as a fiddle string. Also worked on my back.
    My dad is taking me on a day trip to Banff today. Feel like a little kid again!

    Hello! I am 39 but would love to join the group. I am starting over again I need to lose a total of 150lbs. I lost 80# two years ago and have gained 50# back. My issues are a little medical and a lot of letting life get in the way of taking care of myself. I tend to put everyone else before me and I lose myself. I have lost 3#'s in the past week. I need help planning the evening meals that will also keep a husband and football playing teenage son happy. Any suggestions?
