    Successes/struggles this week: I've been getting to the gym, which has allowed me to lose a small amount of weight even though mindful eating practices have been falling apart in the evening all week.

    Successes/struggles this week: I normally weigh in on Saturday so I completely forgot about weighing in mid-week. It has been a gorgeous, hot, sunny week so my mood has been elevated and relaxed. Amount of sleep improved and was more consistent. Unfortunately, I sustained an injury and that slowed me down a bit.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm actually surprised that I lost a whole pound this week, since last week I was really lacking motivation. I hardly did much exercise and I "treated" myself a little when I didn't earn it, lol, But after a rough two week struggle to get back on track after Memorial Day, I'll take the loss!! I did manage to follow one workout from Fitness Blender on YouTube- A 20 minute cardio/kickboxing vid-and even with modifications and not even being able to do all of the last circuit, my whole body was sore the next two days! (Hence the lack of other exercise). I don't know if I'll be able to lose 3 more pounds in 2ish weeks, I've found my usual rate is .8 per week, but I'm certainly going to keep trying!

    Successes/struggles this week: Kind of lost a lot of motivation lately, the first 20ish pounds came off fast now it's definitely slowed down. Couple that with a million things going on and a general feeling of malaise and exhaustion, I just haven't wanted to do anything.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I have been dealing with a health issue that cropped up - and I had a bad reaction to the meds the doctor gave me initially. Made for a weird week of not eating half the time, so I'm hoping that getting back into a routine this week won't make me gain!!

    Yes you can. Give it your best effort this one week. It does make us feel so good when we reach these mini goals. And they all add up.
